  Gave 3 stars because your staff where very nice but when I order online at 6:30pm and it tells me that I have until 9:31 to pick it up and I rock up at 9:10 and I'm told you have no tenders left when I have paid hours ago that lost you two stars. I understand if I rocked up and ordered at 9:10 but I ordered and payed for it at 6:30 so it should be there when I get there. Very disappointed

  I found the KFC here to be perfectly tasty, nothing wrong with my orders from here. It was somewhat under staffed at the front counter however.

  The last couple of times I have been to this store, I have had over a ten minute wait to order. The store wasn't even busy on each of these occasions. One time I had to wait for the staff to finish there conversation before they would even consider serving us. The constant prophanity from the kitchen while there is customers in ear shot is disgusting. One time while we were waiting to be served, the store phone rang constantly with no one answering it. I can't believe the lack of customer service in this establishment. This is not to mention how disgusting the cleanliness of the store is. Staff is dressed sloppily, floors are flithly, rubbish bags on shop floor for all to see. By far the worst KFC I have been to or seen. Would highly recommend going else were to eat.

  KFC Grovely - u need lots more staff. The queue is out the door and the cars are lined up into the car park.
